Shipping policy
Although we try our best to ensure packages are delivered in a timely manner, shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Once a package is shipped we have no control over how long it will take to arrive. We also have no control over whether or not your package is delayed in your local courier office. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment for these reasons.

International Order
- We use ARAMEX or DPEX for international shipment.
- You have to know that your item is shipped from Bandung, Indonesia. It usually takes 7 – 10 working days for the couriers to deliver the products. If it takes longer than usual, please inform us for further help on tracking the products. Also, please note that the custom clearance lead time may be varied depend on each Country’s Policy.
- All international orders are processed securely by PayPal. We do accept Remmitance, Western Union and MONEYGRAM for payment method.
- We process all international order with our international retail price in USD. International customer cannot purchase with IDR.
